Job title: Bid Manager Location: Stockport area Salary: Negotiable plus good bonus scheme (last year paid GBP6k), Death in service scheme and healthcare assistance scheme * Our client is an established and very well-regarded Environmental services contractor with an excellent track record of delivering award winning services across UK, Europe and Africa, with project values up to GBP3.5 million. * Culture: Low staff turnover. Responsibilities of role include but not limited to: Bids bull; Identification and completion of public sector PQQ #39;s/Tenders bull; Management and updating of H S accreditation #39;s i.e. CHAS, Constructionline bull; Provide Estimating teams with supporting documents for private sector, high profile bids bull; Administration required to maintain a library of supporting information bull; Production and submission of requests for information from clients Compliance bull; Maintenance of HSEQ Management System and ISO certification bull; Arrangement and undertaking of external Management System accreditation audits bull; Annual review of compliance registers and programmes, to include risk and opportunities registers, Waste matrix bull; Maintenance of approved subcontractors list and approval of new subcontractors bull; Review of company policies and procedures Marketing bull; Marketing support/coordination bull; Social media website
