Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager Walsall Office Surrounding Areas Up To GBP60,000 Basic + Company Vehicle + Bonus Package We are seeking the right individual to lead our Industrial Refrigeration Division within our established company. Are you up to the task? You will oversee the daily operations of our successful IREF service business. Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring IREF technicians who handle service work for our customers in local areas. We #39;re seeking a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of success in running an IREF service business, managing technicians, and P L management in an industrial refrigeration environment. Your role will be crucial in growing the business and fostering collaboration with our teams and customers. You #39;ll lead multiple priorities simultaneously, relying on your excellent planning, organization, and sales skills. A key aspect of the role will involve mapping the customer network, understanding the full organization, and defining tailored account plans. You #39;ll cultivate relationships and develop proactive plans to ensure our customers understand the true value of our integrated solutions. This role will require a hybrid approach, splitting time between office work and customer visits as per business requirements.
