Due to rapid expansion, my client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their head office, near Luton. Role responsibilities include: Project delivery from the point of order to hand over. Ensuring the company #39;s standards are maintained by managing suppliers and subcontractors #39; quality of work fit the client #39;s specifications, while adhering to CDM regulations. Overseeing the design process. Delivering projects within time and budget constraints. Liaise with stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 10 years #39; experience in project management within the construction industry, ideally working on large scale projects. Clean UK driver #39;s license A willingness to travel and a passport. Training in relevant qualifications. CSCS Manager card would be preferrable.
