Client: NPS Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Mainly working from home but will be required to be on site in Leeds or Wakefield occasionally. On-going temporary role Pay rate: GBP11.44 per hour Vetting would be required which can take 1-3 months to complete Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to HJPC to assist in uploading information to various computer systems Minute taking in meetings Dealing with appointments face to face or on site (Leeds or Wakefield areas) Supporting with email correspondence Proof reading documents, Assisting with prioritising tasks Printing and scanning Answering and composing emails Diarising calendar with appointments Supporting with completion of holiday requests, timesheets etcOnline training will be provided to enable search and navigation of NPS electronic case recording system.
