Role Responsibilities for the Regional Business Manager role. * To increase company revenues and market share of the Respiratory Portfolio through the effective management of a team of field sales personnel. * To support and manage team members, and develop talent, through regular field visits, in line with objectives, and build strong relationships across the team to promote collaborative working.
