What You Bring to the Table: Experience: Proven experience in tenancy management and resettlement, with a track record of success in empowering individuals and facilitating positive outcomes. Discharging 193 Duty: Ideally, you have experience with discharging duty under Section 193 of the Housing Act, demonstrating your commitment to fulfilling legal obligations and supporting vulnerable individuals. TA Experience: A solid understanding of temporary accommodation (TA) and its role in the housing landscape, with hands-on experience in managing TA properties and supporting residents. Housing Legislation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and regulations, coupled with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in a variety of scenarios.
