The Role: As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with the senior team on a variety of medium to large-scale mixed-use and residential projects starting from RIBA stage 4. Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate detailed drawing packages. Work in accordance with the client rsquo;s specifications and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate effectively with other design consultants. Ensure projects meet all technical standards and client expectations. Requirements: Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist or in a similar role. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the UK. In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC / LABC Warranty Guidance, and Housing Standards. Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit. Technical skills developed across a variety of medium to large-scale projects. Skilled in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Office. Background in residential, education, and mixed-use projects would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
