The Benefits: middot; Salary between GBP41,000-GBP43,000 dependent on experience middot; Overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate middot; 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays middot; Pension Scheme middot; Medical Scheme middot; On-site parking The Role: middot; Electrical Mechanical fault finding rectification on automated machinery (conveyors, belts, cranes etc) middot; Conducting planned preventative maintenance on an array of automated machinery middot; Fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical Systems including Invertor Drives, PLCs, PSUs, Conveyors, Multi-head weighers, check weighers, flow wrappers, over-wrapping machines, gas flush machines and all other associated systems. middot; Installations Repairs of mechanical and electrical based equipment, PLCs/Motor Drives/Invertors Heating Circuits middot; Collaborate with the engineering manager to ensure smooth production of the plant middot; Suggest and implement continuous improvement methodologies to maximise efficiency of the plant middot; Follow and adhere to company Health Safety Policies middot; There is a call out element to this role once fully trained. The Requirements: middot; Minimum 5 years worth of experience as a Maintenance Engineer (essential) middot; Proven mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities in a manufacturing environment (essential) middot; Relevant mechanical/electrical Qualifications (City Guilds/NVQs/17th/18th edition) - essential middot; Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics (essential) middot; Previous experience working within the Food or Automotive industries (advantageous) middot; In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance IT, Technical Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
