About the role Title ndash; Retail Security Officer Pay Rate ndash; GBP11.25 PH Location ndash; Reading Shift Timings ndash; 60 Hours per week days and nights, must be flexible to work throughout the week, You will be working in a well-known retail store which holds various stock, ranging from high valued homeware, to food and drink items. Due to this, we are looking for a confident candidate who can monitor and deter theft, provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, as well as provide safety and security to both staff and visitors alike. The right candidate must have a friendly approach, however have the ability to support and act in the appropriate manner in all situations. What will you get in return? Follow ASCONE Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store. Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices. Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations. Provide exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need the following: Minimum of 6 months rsquo; experience is security is a must. Ideally being in retail is preferred, however not essential. SIA License. Be confident, outgoing, friendly, and willing to learn. 5-year checkable work/career history. Experience in a similar role, would an advantage Physically fit to undertake given tasks. Possess the ability to work under pressure.
