Sales Lettings Negotiator Location: Swindon Position: Permanent We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for our Client who is based in Fairford. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a busy team in a growing business. Sales Lettings Negotiator Role: * Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office * Deal with telephone and internet enquiries * Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations * Conduct viewings of properties for sale and for let * Perform the duties of a Progressor * Administer contract paperwork in relation to sale and rental properties * Recording and reporting of maintenance issues * Update window displays and website * Compose marketing literature * Undertake direct marketing * Update social media sites * Provide office cover when required Sales Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience: * Be well presented and confident * Have great interpersonal and communication skills * Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word * Be articulate with good written skills * Work well under pressure * Be approachable at all times * Able to work independently or as part of the team. * You must have a driving licence and a car By applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within your CV or any other relevant information provided in order for the prospective employer to review your application for the specific role applied for.
