Due to an increased workload, they are now recruiting for a Contracts Manager to assist in the next phase of growth. In this role your time will be split between the office and site visits, the projects are based mostly around Central West London and value from GBP500 to over the GBP10 million mark. The responsibility of this role is focused on all key elements of project delivery including client liaison, working collaboratively with the design team, fostering a team-based culture on site, and managing sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will have vast experience with high-end landscaping projects as a Project / Contracts Manager. You will be well versed in managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality projects, whilst maintaining high levels of customer experience.
