Registered manager

I am proud to be working with an established and growing Domiciliary Care provider in Peterborough. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys networking, to expand their service. This company has no staffing or compliance issues. What rsquo;s on offer?: GBP38,000-GBP40,000. Hybrid working (3 days from home). 33 days annual leave (25 + bank holidays). Minimal on call. Registered Manager Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors. To be proactive and tender for packages in Leicestershire. To maintain the relationships built with stakeholders. To continually work toward growing the service. To manage clients rsquo; care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care. To manage the development and retention of all care staff. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC rsquo;s Essential Standards. Registered Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum 2 years rsquo; experience as a Registered Manager. Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care. Must be a driver.
