Sales coordinator

Exciting opportunity to work as part of a team regarding this this multi-faceted role, which is predominately administration based but with hints of social media, travel organisation diary management hellip;. Never a dull day! Our client is based close to Chelmsford, Essex and works mainly within the luxury housing market both in the UK Worldwide but also works within high end projects, such as flagship stores, country homes, listed buildings etc. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in diary management, business organisation, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings (both internally and externally with project directors) You will be working collaboratively with the Sales Team other administrators to ensure appropriate cover in the event of holidays, sickness etc plus CRM updates general administration. Skillis: * Must be a highly organised, self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills capable of taking the initiative and working as part of a team. * Computer literate with good Microsoft knowledge of Outlook, Excel Word * Familiar with entering CRM system (Training would be provided). * It would be an advantage (but not necessary) to have worked within an Architecture, Engineering or Construction company with knowledge of Drawings Autocad. GBP25-30,000 Monday ndash; Friday Office Based 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
