The Job Role Details: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join the expanding team. In this role, you will manage a team of Area Sales Representatives in the Eastern region of the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to implement a robust sales strategy, actively sell to your network to assist your team, and take accountability for the overall regional P L statement for your region. Key Responsibilities: You will hellip; Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, developing high-performance. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. Selling to your network, helping your team to achieve KPIs and assist in developing the region. Set and monitor team KPIs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region. Provide sales forecasts and reports. Develop a distribution relationship strategy, providing commercial and technical support. Provide agronomic support to your team. Provide on-field support to your team. Develop/train sales team in technical and commercial aspects.Ideal Person Skills Qualifications: You will have / be hellip; People management experience within farming/agriculture (two years minimum). Commercial experience - successful background in sales within the farming/agricultural industry. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. FACTs qualified/agronomic experience.
