Behaviour Mentor Location: Sheffield Salary Scale: GBP95 - GBP105 per day Start Date: ASAP Status: Full Time About the Role: GSL Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in Sheffield. This role involves working closely with students to address behavioural issues and promote positive social and emotional development. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students exhibiting challenging behaviour. Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions in collaboration with teaching staff. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies as required to support student wellbeing. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in a behavioural support role. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting students. Show a commitment to promoting positive behaviour and enhancing student outcomes.
