As a renal nurse, you #39;ll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Your Role as a Staff Nurse, will include but not be limited to: Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients. Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.Requirements: NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024. Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct. Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team. Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care. Excellent English communication skills.Benefits: Full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
