Van Driver Salary: GBP12ph Location: Beckton Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Must Have: Enhanced DBS Full clean UK driving licence Min 2yrs UK commercial driving experience Customer facing experience - Preferably within the health sector Min 5yrs check-able employment history Able to provide proof of eligibility Requirements: Must have physical strength/ be physically fit Must have initiative to be able to work on independent tasks and as part of a team Exemplary customer service skills a people person Practical skills, ability to complete simple DIY tasks with power toolsWe are recruiting for our client based in the Beckton area, they are a council owned company and are looking for a van driver delivering medical equipment to patients homes, providing community equipment, sensory support and wheelchair specialist seating services to Newham residents. Installation may be involved, you will receive full training on this. You are required to drive a 3.5t van to various locations within Newham/East London. You may be required to work in the warehouse if all of your deliveries have been completed. Manual work is involved, you will have to help load and unload vehicle. Enhanced DBS is a requirement for this client.
