As a renal nurse, you #39;ll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Your Role as a Staff Nurse, will include but not be limited to: Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients. Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.Requirements: NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024. Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct. Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team. Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care. Excellent English communication skills.Benefits: Full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work. Starting Salary of up to GBP33,719, based on dialysis experience with GBP3,000 sign on bonus payable Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours Opportunities for internal development and career progression.
