Marketing Executive Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week Based: Cambridge office with occasional travel to the London office (once a month) Hybrid role but full time in office for induction Start Date: ASAP Salary: GBP35-GBP40k depending on experience Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level within a Financial Services industry? As part of their dynamic marketing team, you #39;ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and drive targeted campaigns across various channels. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing Communications to plan and execute targeted campaigns using the full marketing mix, including social media, website, advertising, PR, literature, and events. Manage social media accounts, update websites and landing pages, and analyze digital activities using tools like Google Analytics. Create compelling literature, adverts, and collateral using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other programs. Develop and distribute email newsletters using Mailchimp, tracking engagement metrics. Generate engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and news articles, through interviews with team members and clients, and pursue PR opportunities with key media outlets. Coordinate an events calendar, plan and promote key conferences, and report on engagement and leads generated. Maintain records and produce monthly marketing reports and quarterly board reports. Manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Person Specification: We are seeking a skilled marketing professional with at least 3 years #39; experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. You should possess the following qualities: Essential: Degree qualified or relevant experience in a marketing communications role. Understanding of financial services and financial markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Hootsuite. Experience in social media marketing, both paid and organic. Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content. Excellent team working skills and high organizational abilities. Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable: Previous experience in a financial services firm. Experience in budget management and expenditure tracking. Proficiency in photography and video creation/editing. Understanding of CRM systems and contact data management.
