Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our client rsquo;s site in Dublin. OCS is a commercial company providing professional FM Project Management Services including Security, Cleaning, and Aviation Sectors services across Ireland. Our clients range from major retail companies to smaller private and public-sector enterprises; we work as a strategic partner to clients across a wide range of market sectors to deliver the highest standard of facilities management services. Key Responsibilities: middot; Provide support and guidance on all matters pertaining to health, safety, quality and environmental compliance, to front line operational teams, across all business lines. middot; Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE front line initiatives and activities across all business lines. middot; Carry out regular site QHSE audits and risk assessments and document the findings for management and implement necessary corrective actions. middot; Carry out accident investigations and ensure remedial actions are put in place. middot; To facilitate the implementation, monitoring and review of the Company rsquo;s integrated QHSE management system and assist with the development and implementation of new company QHSE procedures. middot; Advise front line management on health, safety and environmental regulations and directives which affect the company and its employees. middot; Provide QHSE support and advice to client companies where required. middot; Organising and chairing Safety Committee and Safety Rep. Meetings across all business lines. middot; Advising / assisting front line management in drafting and communicating Method Statements.
