Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer To GBP45000 + Paid Overtime + Bupa + Pension (7%) + Life Assurance (x4) + Income Protection (6-2, 2-10) A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a print and packaging manufacturing company in Lancaster. Working on a rotating 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00 shift pattern, the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be sole Engineer on shift and will need to attend to a wide variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks across plant. Key responsibilities: Attend to mechanical and electrical plant breakdowns, perform fault diagnosis and repair Planned and preventative maintenance to ensure highest level of OEE Identifying reoccurring problems and implement corrective action Implementation of plant and equipment upgrades Assist in installation, calibration, Route Cause Analysis (RCA) and repair of electrical equipment and distribution systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes Maintain and control spares list Manage and maintain CMMSKey requirements: Time served Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (ideally HNC/HND qualified) Min 5 years #39; experience working in a continuous process, manufacturing environment Must be able to attend to both mechanical and electrical breakdowns Strong fault finding/diagnostics skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, AC/DC drives, pneumatics Knowledge of TPM/Lean manufacturing Experience of updating/maintaining a CMMS system Awareness of lean manufacturing tools/techniques APPLY NOW or email CV to (url removed) At Morgan Ryder we can provide you with a full range of employment opportunities from short term and fixed term temporary vacancies to permanent positions.
