Recruitment account manager

This position is being advertised by Swift Temps, trading as an Employment Agency . Due to growth our Telford office is seeking a permanent, experienced full time Recruitment Account Manager to work in partnership with our rural market leader GLAA client to maintain compliance as well as service and grow the account ensuring our clients needs and expectations are met across 3 sites with the long term opportunity to develop the account across a further 3 sites . This position will involve both office and onsite work including working on a farming environment , with weekly sites visits to rural North Shropshire and Wrexham boarders . Day to day account management will take place from our modern Central Park, Telford office plus visiting clients premises . Duties of the job role: * Working within advertising budgets to attract local skilled talent * Independently onboarding candidates promptly to meet demand face to face and online * Vetting, shortlisting candidates ensuring they have the skills and experience required for the specific vacancy / location * Placing candidates at short notice , reacting at short notice bookings in a timely manner * Carrying out Right to work checks , ensuring full identification is gained before issuing assignment * Data entry/ uploading of new starter documents onto inhouse, bespoke software * Thoroughly completing full company inductions with each candidate before start date * Maximizing growth within each department through building strong understanding of their business needs and developing professional friendly relationships with team leaders/ shift managers * Build trust and understand of specific industry requirements , rules and regulations * Form relationships at Director level to confidentiality service latest site in Oswestry * Daily management of holiday and absence in line with Swift Temps/ clients policies and procedures , logging all non-attendance to produce accurate KPI reports * React professional to inhouse and onsite audits * Growing and developing a continual pool of local talent for peak periods * Daily check in rsquo;s of new starters * Attending monthly review meetings with Senior Management gaining forecast data * Working closely with both candidates and client face to face to ensure a smooth temp to perm transfer * Managing client , candidate and worker exceptions * Hosting onsite recruitment days including site tours of livestock farm , production and packing departments * Headhunting for local senior positions such as engineers * Producing high quality CVs to continually general opportunities * Liaising with clients throughout the day via email and telephone * Support the growth of our client across the UK , developing own desk to build lasting relationships remotely in Wilshire and Devon Must have skills / experience: Full UK Driving license and own reliable vehicle Previous recruitment experience account managing high volume food manufacturers Experience placing agricultural / farming candidates Strong communication skills Excellent geographic knowledge of rural Shropshire Background dealing an international workforce Excellent data entry skills Proven track record working in fast-paced , continually changing environment Ability to organize busy calendar with good time management skills Driven, self-motivated desire to exceed expectations with a hard work ethic Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00am-17:00pm No weekend working and no overtime requirements apart from on call. Pay rates; GBP25,000 ndash; GBP28,000 Salary (depending on experience) Bonuses awarded monthly on a tiered target system Uncapped OTE With hard work the bonuses can be very rewarding. 45p per mile business mileage Statutory holidays plus 1 per year of service Company Pension
