One of our partnership SEN schools are looking for Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The school based in South Manchester, caters for a wide variety of severe and complex learning needs including Autism, hearing, and visual impairments. The school has fantastic facilities and focuses on a child centred approach to give every child the best opportunity to succeed. In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and creative activities Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis Create a safe and fun learning environment for children to reach their full potential. Record Assessment of children rsquo;s learning and development The school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has: Experience working with SEN children in a school/care environment. A calm and positive attitude and personality. The ability to form good relationships with children and staff. Personal care or moving and handling experience is desirable.
