Project Engineer Facilities Manager Food Manufacturing GL20 Area Monday ndash; Friday (unless project dictated) - 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 GBP47000 - GBP50000 (based on experience) Summers here, so why not a new hot role to warm your eyes up hellip; You rsquo;ll be overseeing technical, engineering and facility projects, so no day is the same! These also must be on time with quality and accuracy. Whilst communicating and engaging with teams, contractors, and suppliers, you rsquo;ll need to ensure improvements requirements are implemented within practical timelines. You must seek resolutions which meet the projects scope, budget, and targets. All the above must be proven previously in a Project Engineer / Facilities Management hellip; As this will give you an advantage! Main Duties Responsibilities: bull; Identify, prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor any improvement or innovation projects or facilities upgrade. bull; Present business plans and works proposals with key deliverables, budgets, and performance improvement for board approval Monitor compliance to applicable codes of practice, QA/QC policies, performance standards, safety controls and specifications. bull; Interact daily with the business and third party employed clients to meet project requirements. bull; Perform checks on company and contractors rsquo; overall quality of works, including but not limited to budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance. bull; Report regularly on project status and leading KPIs to the board and senior leadership team. bull; Leading practical application of continuous improvement methodologies bull; Oversee facilities and operations onsite to ensure proactive and reactive maintenance and remedial works are met in collaboration with the site Engineering (manager) department. bull; Manage subcontractors overseeing the installation and maintenance to all assets on site Skills: bull; Excel in strategic thinking, time management and organisational skills bull; Demonstrated decision making ability and leadership skills bull; Experienced in working with design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD bull; Familiarity with suitable regulations, best practices and performance standards for project management and installations within the food environment. bull; Deliver projects in line with health and safety legislation requirements bull; Flexible approach to working hours This role wont be around for long, so..
