Key Responsibilities: #x1F539; Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom environment. #x1F539; Assist teachers in implementing individualized learning plans and accommodations. #x1F539; Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and respected. #x1F539; Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of students. #x1F539; Implement strategies to promote independence and social integration among students with SEN. Requirements: #x1F538; Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not mandatory. #x1F538; A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with diverse learning requirements. #x1F538; Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families. #x1F538; Flexibility, patience, and empathy in working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. #x1F538; Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training in SEN support.
