Key Responsibilities: #x1F539; Provide individualised support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom. #x1F539; Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities. #x1F539; Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and respected. #x1F539; Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic well-being of students. #x1F539; Help implement strategies to promote independence and social integration among students with SEN. Requirements: #x1F538; Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential. #x1F538; A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of children with diverse learning requirements. #x1F538; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #x1F538; Flexibility, patience, and empathy in working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. #x1F538; Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in SEN support.
