Deputy team manager

Our client, Liverpool City Council, is looking for a Deputy Team Manager to join their Care Leavers and UASC Service. You will need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with key partners such as Housing and Health and be able to advocate for our young people so to secure the access to services that they need. The Deputy Team Manager will support the team with pathway planning for young people to ensure that they have equal opportunities to study, to work and to live in high quality accommodation which meets their needs; you will also provide the Personal Advisors in the service with regular supervision alongside the Team Manager.
