Post: Site Caretaker Start Date: ASAP Location: Brockley, South London Rate: 18p/h Umbrella (Can request PAYE) Contract: Temporary Hours: 07:00-11:00 15:00-18:00 We are seeking a diligent and renowned Caretaker to work with one of our biggest clients in London to work as a Site Caretaker. The successful applicant must have previous experience in facilities and site management with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to our school in every regard, please note that these shifts are split between am and pm. Caretaker Responsibilities will include: Ensuring a safe working environment Day-to-day maintenance, security and preparation of facilities Understanding of and the implementation of Health and Safety and Security protocols Flexibility and high standards of workmanship Proven range of maintenance and facility management skillsRequirements: Strong practical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
