Operations manager

Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager Required True Consulting has the privilege of working in partnership with one of the UK rsquo;s leading Building Services contractors. The business has four divisions, with this role centered around supporting and growing their large-scale residential operations across the central belt of the UK. The business #39;s operations team is growing, and they are now looking to appoint an Operations Manager to support the delivery, installation, and overall quality of each project. You #39;ll be exposed to the preconstruction and tender process of each project while also managing a team of Project Managers. Working alongside a Region Director and Pre-construction Director to look after a portfolio of projects valued up to GBP17.5M, with current trajectory to exceed this in the near future. This role would suit someone with a strong Mechanical / Building Services background, currently in an Operations Manager / Operations Director role. Equally we would consider a Senior Contracts Manager who is looking to take the next step. Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager package: * GBP75,000 Base Salary * 25 days holiday + bank holiday * Pension * Healthcare Plan * Life Assurance Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager requirement: * 5 years rsquo; relevant experience within Building Services / Mechanical / Construction * Based in Birmingham, West Midlands / or within commutable distance * Residential style projects background (Ideally)
