Summary bull; Principal Contractor bull; Commercial Build / Care Homes / Interiors bull; In house Joinery Manufacturing bull; Project Values from GBP2m to GBP20m bull; Strong relationships, are expanding, making this an exciting time to join. bull; You will be working alongside 5 Contracts Managers The Candidate bull; Have 4 years plus experience working as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry bull; Create build programmes to a high standard bull; Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress bull; Travel to 3 sites along the M62 Corridor bull; Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover bull; Can demonstrate a background in building maintaining client relationships bull; Are able to create monthly reports on project updates bull; Have experience using different software such as Asta powerproject MS Office bull; Possess the willingness to work in the office to galvanise the team The Package bull; GBP65,000 - GBP70,000 p/a Salary bull; Car Allowance bull; Travel Expenses bull; Pension
