Accounts Supervisor The Role: My client is looking for a Clients Money Accounts Supervisor to ensure compliance with RICS Clients Money accounting rules along with other statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing the Clients Money Accounts team in the accurate and timely processing and management of clients rsquo; money, including rent management. In this role, day to day you can expect to: Accurately record all transactions made on behalf of clients Ensure all payments are accurate and processed within strict deadlines Reconcile bank accounts to internal records Resolve accounts queries for the Lettings teams Ensure process documentation is kept up to date Prepare monthly income reports for Lettings teams Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide timely response and solutions Efficiently collaborate with the Lettings Teams and other departments to ensure all deadlines are being met Ensure compliance obligations are adhered to Process and respond to correspondence from the bank This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will have other duties and responsibilities that fall within the remit of the role. Your Skills Qualifications: Essential: * AAT qualified / part qualified * Previous management experience in a similar accounting role * Accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-changing environment * Excellent problem solving skills; the ability to identify the root cause and present suitable solutions * Strong investigative, analytical skills * Excellent numeracy skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good working knowledge of MS Excel * Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure * Ability to build and maintain relationships * Organised with a methodical approach * A passion for getting it right, first time Desirable: * Experience in rental accounts * Knowledge of RICS client money handling standards and guidance * Experience of using AltoPM We Offer: * Competitive basic salary * Enhanced holiday allowance * Your birthday off * Pension plan * Health wellbeing programme * Eyecare vouchers * Free parking
