Here, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in maturing their technology, back-office, and procurement capability. Key responsibilities will as Head of Delivery will include: Being comfortable working in unstructured/immature environments and navigating ambiguity. Implementing best practice and processes Being relationship driven and working effectively with different audiences (technical and business facing)Experience working in the retail or consumer facing environment is essential. Previous experience delivering large-scale programmes is essential. With offices in Buckinghamshire, our client is offering flexible working options with candidates being expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
