Trainee recruitment manager

I am seeking a 360 recruitment consultant that is driven and ambitious that is seeking a chance to progress into a managerial role and is up for a big challenge. I am recruiting for my client which is an excellent company for their branch based in Leicester. The branch is currently underperforming, my contact at my client is the Regional Manager who is a really nice chap with many years of recruitment experience and he has been tasked with breathing new life into the branch. His strategy is to employ an experienced recruitment consultant that wants to progress into a Branch management position. The ideal candidate will be a full 360 recruiter from either the Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality or driving sectors.
