Role: Service Manager Salary: Up to GBP71,485, GBP10k annual supplement payment, GBP3000 on call allowance Benefits: #x1F539;Excellent local government pension scheme #x1F539;Relocation allowance of up to GBP8,000 #x1F539;Generous annual leave entitlement #x1F539;Large range of staff discounts #x1F539;Flexible/Hybrid working Responsibilities #x1F539;Provide strategic leadership, vision and direction to the service areas within Provider Services, taking a lead role on the development of relevant strategies, policies, procedures, programmes and projects. #x1F539;Maintain a strategic oversight of the Council rsquo;s ambitious new sufficiency plan, nurturing strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure greater stability for their children in care. #x1F539;To contribute to the operational management and strategic development of the wider service as a member of the Children rsquo;s Services Management Team. #x1F539;To assist and deputise for the Assistant Director of Children rsquo;s Services and provide cover for other Heads of Service, as appropriate.
