Locations: #x1F4CD; West London (West Drayton - UB7) Duration: #x23F3; Long-Term (Summer Term) Start Date: #x1F680; Immediate Contract: #x1F5D3; #xFE0F; Monday - Friday (Full-Time) Daily Rate: #x1F4B7; GBP100 per day About the Role: The successful applicants will support students who are disengaged from mainstream education or those with additional needs: Social, Emotional, Mental Health, and Behavioural Needs. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD. Previous experience managing Challenging/Confrontational Behavior is preferred. Candidates must have a valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service. Responsibilities: Work with individuals and groups of students, ensuring they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher. Manage behavioural and special needs issues in collaboration with the teacher. Offer support to the class teacher, including helping to implement lesson plans, aims, and content. Take small groups of students for defined activities. Provide support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans. Build good rapport between students and teachers.
