Maintenance team leader

AWE is currently recruiting for Maintenance Team Leaders (electrical or mechanical) to provide leadership and supervision of asset maintenance delivery craft and support team(s). An Engineering Apprenticeship with a relevant, recognised qualification ONC, ND or NVQ level 3 Strong practical experience of plant maintenance Proven fault-finding skills PC literate Supervisory, leadership and performance management skills Accredited Risk Assessor Conversant in Health and Safety legislations Practical experience of plant maintenance AMS maintenance systems/procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. #LI-DG
