Trainee independent financial adviser

An exciting opportunity has become available with an established and ever-growing financial planning firm. They are part of a national Chartered IFA practice and boast over 50 locations nationwide. They are now looking for a Trainee Financial Adviser to join their dynamic and expanding team based in Doncaster. In this position you will be taking over an existing client bank and will be offered the support and training you need to be successful! Benefits include: * Up to GBP40k basic salary, plus bonus scheme * Office based while training, with the view to be predominantly home based following full training * Full training and progression plan * Ongoing qualifications and support * Enhanced pension scheme * Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption policies * 25 days holiday (plus bank) * Ability to purchase additional leave * Cycle to work scheme * Free parking Main responsibilities include: * Taking over an established client bank to service * Undertaking annual reviews of existing financial planning advice * Setting up and conducting client meetings over teams or over the phone * Maintain relationships with clients and keep up communication * Keep up to date with own admin, with occasional support form wider admin team * Responsible for compiling any recommendation reports needed following annual review The ideal candidate: * You must hold a Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent) * Demonstrate relevant experience in a client facing role * Excellent communicative skills * Show ambition and determination to want to succeed and develop in the role * Experience as a paraplanner is desirable At A for Appointments, we are committed to equal opportunities for everyone.
