As a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst at Refresco, you will be part of the central IT function based at our offices in Kegworth. You will be part of a welcoming team who will support you. Refresco UK are part of the Refresco Group a multi-national independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites across Europe, North America, and Australia in 15 countries. In the UK we have 6 sites. We work with all the large UK supermarkets plus many well-known branded drinks producers. Junior IT Service Desk Analyst 8:30am - 5pm Monday ndash; Thursday, 8:30am - 4pm on Fridays What rsquo;s in it for you? bull; Competitive pay and bonus structure bull; Career progression bull; An opportunity to start your career within IT with a supportive team around you. bull; Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in office) Duties of a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst bull; Receiving, logging and managing calls from IT customers via telephone, email, IT portal or text chat. bull; First-line support ndash; troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers. bull; Troubleshoot basic network issues. bull; Escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams. bull; Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system. bull; Take ownership of customer Incident Service Requests and Problems and following up resolutions on behalf of the customer and communicate progress in a regular and timely manner. bull; To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes. bull; Provide basic in-house training for users. bull; Provide customer self-help guides for publication to our customer IT portal. bull; Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required. What you need to be successful as a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst at Refresco: bull; Having a passion for a career in IT is a must. bull; You will need to have good communication skills to be able to support your colleagues. We are a large organisation and you will interact with many different faces day to day. bull; Willingness to learn and develop. bull; Good understanding of basic packages (Microsoft, search engines etc) bull; If you have any experience using SAP this would be advantageous.
