In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone. #x202F; #x202F; #x202F; #x202F; Responsibilities: #x202F; Create and book unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer rsquo;s needs #x202F; Confidently communicate with prospect clients, through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversation #x202F; Offering out-of-this-world customer service. This a key component to the business rsquo;s successful history. #x202F; Ensuring sales targets are met and working as a team to contribute to your branch rsquo;s overall targets #x202F; What we rsquo;re looking for: #x202F; #x202F; #x202F; #x202F; Previous experience working in a retail travel environment #x202F; Previous experience of managing a team #x202F; A flair for communicating with a wide variety of clients #x202F; The confidence, determination and drive to succeed.
