The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months+ car sales experience within a Franchised Main Dealer, a record of delivering exceptional customer service, and history of target achievement, delivering excellent results. Must have: 12 months+ Car Sales experience; Full UK driving licence; Positive working attitude, team player. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, process-driven, adaptable and flexible in a working environment, motivated and driven by targets and a commission-based pay plan.
