We #39;re looking for an accomplished 3D POS Account Director to join a world class, multichannel marketing services business, known for helping a wide range of international brands to communicate effectively with consumers through a wide range of eye-catching display innovations. The successful applicant will lead and develop a number of key accounts in the Health and Beauty sector. You #39;ll work with brands and retailers on creative solutions, linked to printed production of semi- permanent cardboard displays, including FSDU #39;s, shelf edge furniture, and other in-store displays that create theatre and improve consumer engagement. The role will be pivotal in successfully helping clients bring their brands to market, so candidates must demonstrate outstanding commercial, creative and technical acumen, alongside excellent communication skills. Benefits and working hours: Free parking Healthcare scheme Employee wellbeing initiatives Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm As Creative Account Director, you #39;ll have the following duties and responsibilities: Strategically developing accounts and developing strong relationships Managing and delivering creative projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline and to the highest standard Managing budgets Taking briefs on key projects and leading small teams to deliver on client requirements Identifying, prioritising and managing conflicts between cost, time and quality Engaging with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards Continuously keeping informed of emerging trends and market condition Skills and experience required: Extensive experience of carrying out an Account Director or Senior Account Manager working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions linked to the printed production of semi-permanent POS Good understanding of print production process for 3D printed point of sale such as FSDU #39;s, Trays, Count top units, and in store theatre Experience developing strategic account plans and managing senior level customer relationships Strong in creative brief taking Ability to lead meetings, build presentations and present confidently to clients Knowledge of retailer #39;s processes
