In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Windows-based infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our server and cloud environments. About the Role: Provide expert-level support for Windows-based systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with other teams to implement and support server and cloud-based solutions. Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to enhance reliability and protect against threats. Serve as a subject matter expert for Windows technologies, providing guidance and support to junior team members. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that IT systems meet the needs of the business.Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Windows technologies. Strong proficiency in Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
