The role will involve providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients, gathering information about a client rsquo;s financial circumstance rsquo;s in order to deliver appropriate advice and offer other financial services and protection products where appropriate. The ideal candidate will currently be or recently have been working as a Mortgage Adviser, have good all round technical knowledge, a proven track record in the mortgage industry and be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified. Skills: The skills required for this Mortgage Protection Advisor (Estate Agency) role will include: Thorough knowledge of the mortgage sector Currently involved in providing mortgage services and advice CeMAP Qualified CAS Skilled at cross selling opportunities Smart well-presented Excellent telephone manner and superb inter-personal skills Ambitious and self-motivated The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment Full UK driving license and own car The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in Essex.
