This role will involve managing a team of multidisciplined engineers offering technical support, driving team performance and development, and allocating resources. Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects. Requirements: Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades (hold NVQ/City Guilds qualifications) Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
