Assurance services analyst

We are looking for a Assurance Services Analyst to join our successful Assurance Services team. This role is HOMEBASED role Role Working within the Assurance team the Assurance Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery to a portfolio of clients or tasks assigned to them. They are responsible for proactive client and supplier management in line with our KPI rsquo;s and escalating issues as required to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained Responsibilities Could Include: rsaquo; Providing a first-class client experience to internal and external stakeholders rsaquo; Accountability for ensuring allocated clients have complete and accurate invoice and data acquisition, entry and validation within customer agreed SLA timescales rsaquo; Maintaining database(s) with accurate data in a timely manner rsaquo; Ensuring debt and disconnection correspondence is resolved asap rsaquo; Resolving telephone and email billing and reporting enquiries from customers and suppliers rsaquo; Raising queries and change of tenancies with suppliers via phone/email and following through to resolution rsaquo; Maintaining and developing effective working relationships with supplier and customer contacts rsaquo; Production and issue of payment files, cost and consumption reports to allocated clients rsaquo; Attending conference calls and meetings with customers/suppliers as required rsaquo; Understand and adhere to operational processes and procedures to manage workload and ensure business continuity rsaquo; Build knowledge of the energy industry and develop an understanding of queries and resolution rsaquo; Supporting the wider team to ensure all client SLA rsquo;s are met rsaquo; Supporting internal and external stakeholders with data and analysis related issues rsaquo; Additional project work as required based on business priorities rsaquo; Support Account Manager with various operational tasks and requirements rsaquo; Obtaining supply and contract details for new sites including current supplier rsaquo; Site additions/removals to the clients group supply agreement rsaquo; Assist with objections alongside the QA team to reach resolution rsaquo; Send termination notice if required rsaquo; Siteworks ndash; support meter site operations team with supply contracts for new connections rsaquo; Sales processing on CRM system rsaquo; Pricing and tendering rsaquo; Read and comply with the company Health Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health Safety of themselves and others; co- operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties. EXPERIENCE Essential A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel rsaquo; Energy/Water industry knowledge and experience Desirable rsaquo; Customer Service experience rsaquo; Contract reading SKILLS rsaquo; Customer Service Skills: Be polite, conscientious. Engage with a can-do attitude rsaquo; Effective Communication: Clear, concise.
