Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for a Customer Service Manager to work based at their depot in Wrexham For the successful Customer Service Manager our client is offering: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Per Annum DOE 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday Full-time permanent position Free parking on-site The role - Customer Service Manager: Effectively managing a team of Customer Service Executives Training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives Deal with incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally Ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner Co-operate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers.
