IT Security / Cyber Engineer This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing organisation. They are looking for an IT Security / Cyber Engineer to join their team. They are keen to build the team within the Glasgow office, although the role is hybrid with occasional visits to the office, ideally you will live a 50-mile radius of the office. Responsibilities: bull; Security Monitoring and Incident Response: bull; Cloud Infrastructure Security: bull; Identity and Access Management: bull; Security Compliance and Auditing: bull; Security Documentation and Reporting: bull; Monitor cloud security events and alerts. bull; Investigate and respond to security incidents. bull; Implement and maintain security measures on cloud platforms. bull; Perform vulnerability assessments and address weaknesses. bull; Manage user access and permissions in cloud services. bull; Implement multi-factor authentication and monitoring. bull; Support compliance efforts and audits. bull; Stay updated on IT security trends and regulations. bull; Maintain accurate security documentation. Skills and Qualifications: bull; Understanding of computer networking across LAN rsquo;s and WAN rsquo;s bull; Knowledge of SIEM solutions bull; Any knowledge of Azure Security principles bull; Ideally experience with Microsoft Defender stack bull; Knowledge of essential cybersecurity principles and practices bull; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills bull; Information Management Standards for ISO27001, Cyber Essentials+, and AAF 1/20 certification and accreditations Salary up to GBP50,000 and is offering: - pension, life / private medical insurance + lots of additional benefits.
