Full job description Job Summary Days: Mon-Fri 08:30-15:30 Location: Slough Start date: September 2024 Salary: GBP130 - GBP150 Do you have experience teaching children aged 4-11? Are you passionate about music education? Could you confidently coordinate a range of exciting and inclusive extra-curricular activities? Could you lead choirs, whole class instrumental clubs, or singing assemblies at an excellent standard?Empowering Learning seeks a talented music teacher, who eats, sleeps, and breathes music, to deliver our bespoke curriculum as part of PPA cover, and a variety of music clubs to primary school-aged children at one of our fantastic partnering schools. This is a permanent position and the ideal candidate must visualise working with us long term. The successful candidate must: Be confident in their ability to teach outstanding lessons Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion at all times Have excellent behaviour and classroom management Motivate and inspire children to excel Be consistent Think outside the box Be autonomous Commit long termWe #39;re busy building our dream team, so will only consider teachers who fulfil our wish list. Essential Requirements: 2 years + UK primary music teaching experience DBS Clearance Able to engage and inspire at all times A strong classroom management Must be able to integrate in the school community and organise extra curriculum activities and concerts.
