Dive into specific programs and activities tailored to meet individual learning and social needs, implementing targets outlined in pupils #39; Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with class teachers and the SENCo.SEN Specialist what we #39;re looking for: An individual with a solid understanding of Autism and effective strategies, such as TEACCH, to support pupils with this need. Knowledge and empathy for social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as cognitive challenges affecting children and young people #39;s development.
