Sales Administrator | Derby, Raynesway | GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 (Dependant on experience) 40 hours per week - Office based Cherry Professional are currently working on a unique opportunity to join our Derby based client as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and organised Sales Administrator who will be the point of contact for the customer sales team. You will play a crucial role in processing all customer orders, setting up credit accounts plus a wide range of ad-hoc responsibilities What we #39;re looking for: - Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, contractors and team members - Previous experience in a similar role is highly encouraged - An enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for providing an excellent service in a high volume position - Proficient in Microsoft Excel The job responsibilities include: - Processing sales orders - Liaising with the sales team and contractors - Respond to general email enquiries promptly and efficiently - Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
